Our Online Programs include the following learning format:
- The presentation of the material – Instead of in-class lectures and discussions, the course content is presented through interactive content such as web-based training which includes audio and video presentations, course material and documentation.
- The ways you will interact with your instructor, online examiner, and other class members – Since you will seldom meet face-to-face, you will interact through communication tools provided for this course. These tools include message boards, e-mail correspondence, live online office hours, live online group sessions with your instructor and fellow online students training throughout the US and Latin America. As well as two,
45-minute over-the-phone-assessments with a certified court interpreter. - Time Management – You may find that the learning experience is structured differently, that is, you will need to reserve and schedule time when you sit and do coursework. This includes whether you are interacting with your instructor, online examiner or studying on your own.

This course covers the protocol for preparing summaries and transcripts for FBI, DEA, and any other Federal Agency. Coded words are presented. Spanish and English syntax is also included.
